Carol Saltzer
President
Carol Saltzer is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College. She currently teaches private piano and voice lessons in her home and is the Music Director at West Shore Baptist Church. Some of her favorite roles include Maria in The Sound of Music and Dolly in Hello, Dolly!. Her favorite musical to direct was Beauty and the Beast. In the words of Walt Disney, “If you can dream it, you can do it”, and so Dreamers Productions began, encouraging children to pursue their passions and giving them opportunities to perform all aspects of Musical Theater!
KELLY SPROUT
Secretary
Kelly is an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher in the Central Dauphin School District and has been teaching since 2003. Her love for theater began in middle school and never stopped! Today, Kelly brings that same passion to Dreamers Productions as a dedicated board member. She manages our social media presence and can often be found helping behind the scenes-especially at the concession stand! Outside of work and theater, Kelly is a proud mom to Emma and Harper, and her dog Rudy. She enjoys attending live theater at the Hershey Theater and, of course, on Broadway! Kelly is proud to support the arts and help create meaningful opportunities for young performers in our community.
Laurie Miller Petersen
Vice President
Laurie Miller Petersen graduated from Northwestern University’s acclaimed theatre program after gaining a particular passion for children’s theatre and creative drama. She went on to become a stunt performer and coordinator for television and film but afterhaving children went back to her musical theatre and dance roots. Laurie does choreography, lighting, and sound design for Dreamers, as well as teaching dance, working at her church's preschool, and has 3 sons! Laurie’s motivation is to create performance opportunities for children and teens and to instill a lifelong love of theatre.
LAUREN BROYLES

Lauren Broyles is thrilled to be a part ofthe Dreamers Productions team as theirProducer and Treasurer. Working withchildren has always been a great joy for her, and she currently teaches preschool in Palmyra. Lauren's favorite job is being a mom to her son, Aaron, who loves performing with Dreamers Productions. Combining her avid love of theater and her devotion to nurturing children’s imaginations, Dreamers has truly been a blessing for Lauren. As the legendary Stephen Sondheim said best:“There are only two worthwhile things to leavebehind when you depart this world of ours:children and art".
